“Oggi la rassegna può essere annoverata tra le manifestazioni di spicco in campo corale nell’intero panorama nazionale. Ne è testimonianza l’albo d’oro, che documenta la presenza a Chiavenna di molti dei cori più quotati e rappresentativi della coralità italiana.
L’appuntamento di quest’anno è fissato per sabato 13 maggio alle ore 21 alla chiesa di San Fedele in Chiavenna. Anche quest’anno il pubblico avrà l’opportunità di apprezzare due cori di primissimo piano: Il coro Sine Nomine di Varese, diretto da Giuseppe Reggiori e il Coro Coenobium Vocale di Piovene Rocchette (VI), diretto da Maria Dal Bianco.”

LE CHIAVI D’ARGENTO 2017 XXXVI STAGING
“2017 sees a significant milestone for “Le Chiavi D’Argento” choral festival when it will celebrate its 36th staging.
Quite an accomplishment frankly for what has become the veritable flagship of the many musical events which Chiavenna and the valley stage each year. Today the festival undoubtedly plays a prominent role within the compass of choral traditions on a national scale. A casual consideration of the roll of honour over the years bears witness to the many varied and celebrated choirs that have performed in our historic town.
Saturday 13th May will celebrate this year’s event at 21.00 at the regular venue, the church of San Fedele in Chiavenna. Yet again the public will have the opportunity to take delight in two choirs of the very highest calibre: Coro “Sine Nomine” from Varese, conducted by Giuseppe Reggiori and the Coro “Coenobium Vocale” from Piovene Rocchette (VI), conducted by Maria Dal Bianco. The Coro “Sine Nomine” of Varese was founded in 1990 and quickly made its mark through participation in a series of concerts and international festivals. The ensemble have received a plethora of awards over the years and also made several recordings. The Coro Coenobium Vocale is a male group with a long history of grappling with musical scores both ancient and contemporary. It has participated regularly in top level competitions with considerable success, picking up a range of prestigious prizes along the way.”
